Hi there! I'm Bethan, your go to autism and neurodiversity mentor and coach based in York. I have a background in clean language and autism qualifications . My adventure began in education, dedicating ten years to teaching. It was my experience at SEND schools that ignited my dedication to the neurodivergent community. Throughout my career, I've also ventured into the employment sector, aiding neurodivergent job seekers and employees alike. I've worked hand-in-hand with employers and their teams to create inclusive workspaces, offering consulting, mentoring coaching and leading training sessions to broaden their perspectives on neurodiversity.

Continuing my journey into further and higher education by coaching and mentoring autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent students, which inspired the creation of Bethan Read Coaching. Working with the neurodivergent community has been a privilege, and a club I'm proud to be part of it. Over the past ten years, I've had the joy of connecting with neurodiverse individuals from diverse range backgrounds.
