Neurodiversity Consulting, Training & Workplace Coaching.
Could your business benefit from remote and in person neurodiversity support?
I work with organisations who want to create more inclusive, supportive and neurodiversity‑aware workplaces. Whether you’re looking to improve communication, strengthen wellbeing, or better understand how to support neurodivergent employees, I offer practical guidance tailored to your needs.
Neurodiversity Consulting for Organisations.
If you want to make your workplace more neurodiversity‑friendly but aren’t sure where to start, consultancy can help you build confidence and clarity. I support businesses to:
Understand neurodiversity and different neurotypes
Review workplace culture, processes and communication
Identify barriers and create meaningful adjustments
Improve wellbeing and performance across teams
Develop inclusive policies and practices
Consultancy sessions can be delivered remotely or in person.
My approach
After an initial call, consultancy typically begins with an in‑person visit so I can understand your environment, observe working practices and speak with relevant team members. This allows me to carry out a thorough assessment and ensure any recommendations are practical, realistic and tailored to your organisation.
Following the assessment, we will discuss a clear plan of action. Ongoing consultancy can then continue in person or remotely, depending on what works best for your organisation.
“A school asked for support to improve inclusion for neurodivergent staff. I reviewed practices, delivered training and advised on adjustments. The team reported clearer communication and better access to support.”
Training for Teams, Managers & Educators
I offer training sessions designed to increase understanding of neurodiversity and how it shows up in the workplace or educational settings. Training can be delivered as:
Standalone sessions
Workshops for teams or managers
Part of a wider consultancy package
Topics include:
Understanding Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles
Communication and collaboration
Reasonable adjustments and inclusive practice
Supporting wellbeing and performance
“The training was formative and packed with valuable information, delivered in a clear and accessible way. Hearing personal experiences and relatable scenarios helped deepen our understanding.”
Why Neurodiversity Matters in the Workplace
Awareness of neurodiversity has grown significantly, but many organisations still feel unsure about how to support neurodivergent staff. Creating an inclusive environment benefits everyone — improving wellbeing, communication, retention and performance. My approach focuses on practical, realistic steps that help individuals and teams thrive.
